Vinyasa flow class, level 2/3, for intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners. A steady flow class that builds to handstands and headstands. Please have a mat and a wall you can practice against for the inversions. If you do not already have a headstand or handstand practice and have worked with a qualified teacher do not try these poses and instead rest with your legs up the wall at the section of the class as many of my students do who prefer not to practice these poses.
