Happiness. To drop all desire and expectation of an outcome and become aware only of the present moment and the task that’s at hand, we find happiness and come back to state of service. A level 2-3 vinyasa flow yoga class. Standing poses, crow pose, side crow, twisting triangle, headstand and lots of back extensions to create space with Urdhva Dhanurasana and a variation. We end with Janu Sirsasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana and pascimottasana. Savasana with a focus on dropping all desire and coming to a state of peace with the here and now. Namaste
