Back to Basics Yoga Class
This is a simple 50 minute beginner flow sequence. Great for any level, but must have basic foundation of the standing, seated and bridge pose postures. Lots of rest in childs pose here included great for when a the body and mind is looking for simplicity and a well rounded practice. Tadasana, Triangle, Extended Side Angle, Simple Beginner Sun Salute, Bridge Pose, Head of the Knee Pose and Seated Forward Fold are all featured here.
