“Tell me, what is is you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” In this level 2/3 vinyasa flow class we find compassion for ourselves and our journey by recommitting to ourselves. Using our asana practice to spark the fire of passion for our lives, we only have a short time, let us now waste a moment. Sun salutes, standing poses, arm-balancing, crow, handstand and flying crow, backbends and forwards to cool down.
