Yoga’s Transformative Fire: Ignite Your Practice
Kriya Yoga is the Yoga of action, according to Patanjali’s Yoga sutras. We come onto our mat to take action, to transform our life, and to wake up to who we truly are.
In this class you will study Kriya Yoga, working with intention to purify (tapas), to watch the thoughts arise (svadhyaya), and to surrender the practice (ishvara pranidhana). Through a vigorous vinyasa flow practice you will ignite and integrate these important elements, and deepen your experience of Yoga on and off the mat. 1.5 or 2 hours
Reclaim Your Life-Force
Modern living can be taxing and draining. Fatigue comes in all shapes and sizes but with a regular Yoga and proper Pranayama (breathing) practice we can combat the inner resistance and wake up to the life that’s waiting for us.
In this workshop will combine an all levels vinyasa flow class with various pranayama exercises to awaken the inner body, clear the mind and bring space to the consciousness. 2 hours
15 or 25 or 200 Hour Yoga Immersion
Immerse yourself in the gifts of yoga either in a retreat or workshop setting. Dive in deep and learn more than you ever have in these Yoga intensives. Choose from either 15 or 25 hours of training and emerge not only a with tools to improve your asana practice but with tools to enhance your entire life. Included is, asana, pranayama, yoga sutra studies, meditation and an understanding of the subtle body and energy systems. A full Yoga Alliance registered teacher training program also taught.
