One on One
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
I work one on one with people for a variety of reasons; starting a yoga practice, figuring out pain patterns in the body, improving form and progressing your practice or simply because you wanted to create a better habit of self-care. I can offer in your home or at Rising Lotus Yoga in Sherman Oaks.
The Offering is a minimum 3 to 5 session process that comes from years of working with people to help them uncover habits, patterns, and beliefs that have become roadblocks to living free and creatively. The Offering directs you back on your path to wholeness, and joy. It’s called The Offering because when we’re trapped in a cycle of unworthiness or old patterns we often feel we haven’t much to offer. We work together to bring you back to the belief that you are the gift, to re-claim and re-remember who you truly are, so that once again you wake up to your deep connection to source.
I work intuitively to uncover belief systems through listening and sharing story, and Reiki to tap into the deeper unseen world. We may use breathwork, yoga asana, prayer, and meditation. Together we design rituals and habits to place into your life so that the sacred part of yourself is included more often and that your feelings of being nourished are being tended to regularly.
We all get stuck at times and need help finding our way back to our creative and magnificent self. FaceTime sessions are available.
Say Yes Quickly
Forget your life. Say God is Great. Get up.
You think you know what time it is. It’s time to pray.
You’ve carved so many little figurines, too many.
Don’t knock on any random door like a beggar.
Reach your long hands out to another door, beyond where
you go on the street, the street
where everyone says, “How are you?”
and no one says How aren’t you?—Rumi translated by Coleman Barks
