The Tender Heart. A level 2-3 Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice.
We awaken out of the trance of fear and notice how fear plays in the body and mind. We practice opening and tender-heartedness in this class. To live with courage and to practice opening so we may be a light in the darkness to ourselves and others. Kapalabhati, Standing poses, navasana (boat pose), backbends. We end with supta-baddha konasana (reclined bound-angle pose, grab some pillows to prop yourself up on if you don’t have a bolster) simple pranayama at the end.
